Dieting Weight

Will dieting and sleeping help me lose weight?
I consume 500 calories less than my weight maintenance level, do sweight training 4x aweek, and usually 10 mins of cardio after that. I read some somewhere that sleeping 6 hours will burn off about 450 calories(I weight 215). So will my dieting, weight training, little cardio, and sleeping allow me to lose 2lbs in a week(500 from dieting + 500 from exercise,sleep x 7days)?
Yeah sleeping also helps because the longer you sleep the longer you will go without thinking about shoving food in your mouth..it sounds like ya got yourself a good plan!! Stick to it and you’ll have good results…if i were you i would try to consume alot of protien also..fish, almonds, chicken, eggs, peanut butter (healthy kind)
